Leeds Concerned Citizens address Leeds City Council on the cost and implications of Net Zero

This deputation to Council follows two years of work attempting to engage meaningfully with Leeds City Council in relation to its adoption of a “Climate Emergency”.

To date, the council has been unable to define what they mean by a climate emergency but continue to spend huge amounts of money in relation to it and achieving Net Zero.

The general public are barely aware of how THEIR money is being spent - this needs to change.
