In honor of me successfully keeping my basil plant alive for 2 weeks in my apartment, we’re going to make a classic with a little added basil. Today we’re making a Basil Paloma!
Basil
0.25 oz Agave Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 oz Tequila
Grapefruit Soda
Add basil, agave syrup, lime juice, grapefruit juice and tequila to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Double strain over ice and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and basil.
