Gin and Pineapple? It’s a matcha made in heaven! Today we are making The Green Tide!

0.25 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Gin
1.5 oz Matcha

Add simple syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, gin & matcha to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice and garnish.
