I don't know why prolifers keep insisting that Dr. Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood admitted to doing "partial birth abortions." What she admitted to is even worse -- Either dismembering the baby alive so you can get the head out in one piece, or delivering the baby alive and letting the baby die during the process of having the brain removed.
