Ah the apartment buildings the first true level James visits and I think the only time in a Silent Hill game not counting the 4th game that you get to walk around and explore apartments as a level. filled with narrow uncomfortable halls and monsters in them at angles hard to see this place leaves me feeling unnerved. also this is where James gets the flashlight from.
