4 shrimp or shrimps with shell on weighing 1 oz. ea. then cut in half lengthwise, 3 T. peanut or light olive oil, 5oz. onion, 1 T. minced garlic(not that crap chopped in a jar), 1 c. shrimp stock, 1/2 oz. fresh ginger about 2 T. , 2&1/2 oz. snow peas, 3&1/2 oz. FRESH bean sprouts, 3 oz. celery, no sesame oil, 2 T. Tamari soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce, 2 T. corn starch with 2 T. cold water for thickening.
