Update with Ramon on the new Tempe ARD Homeless shelter

Update with Ramon as we discuss the new ARD Homeless Shelter going up in Tempe, AZ by the end of 2025. Currently every city has a shelter except for Tempe and with the Urban Camping Law so many homeless have been given records and tossed in Jail for having nowhere to go. Ramon says this shelter will only be able to house so many of us so there will still be people outside. We need more help out here: Hear his story here:
