I have discussed for many years that the Anti-federalist Brutus predicted that the courts could become activists. When ideologies obviate (preclude, prevent, remove, get rid of, do away with, get around, rule out, eliminate, make unnecessary) foundational truth and the essence of constitutionalism in the Republic, we have intent to rule (control or have dominion) over not just the executive branch but over the citizenry as well.
In this program I touch the very tip of the writings regarding Article II as delineated in 'The Founders Constitution' that I often reference.
