Sentencing Structures By Demographics - NOT Good Public Policy

We should not have different sentencing structures, based upon demographics. In foreign nations, such systems lead to discrimination, fraud and abuse. But then again, some people hate this country, and wish it to be more like a foreign nation. #CTweCANdoBETTER
