Do we transform ourselves or does God transform us? The verse is clear that we are being acted upon. If we want to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. If we want our lives to change from the inside out and we want God to be the one who's transforming yus. Then we get ourselves to a place where ywe can get the integrity and accuracy of God's word, unadulterated truth. And then we fellowship around that. And God will change us; transform us. You cannot transform yourself. It doesn't work that way. God transforms you gradually as you stay faithful to love him But the key is you must stay faithful, nothing happens overnight.
