Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey will discuss a recent news article from Frontier that reveals Direct Harpe knowingly lied to House Committee about the status of PREA. Harpe claims to be the Gold standard for PREa but recent reports indicate DOC is failing audits. JJ has received information for years how DOC cheats on PREA audits. The Director has been caught in numerous lies and JJ has asked AG Drummond for legal opinion if Direct Harpe should be charged for perjury and embezzlement. Bob and JJ will be discussing the beheading at Lawton and why DOC has dumped mental health inmates on this facility. It appears this was an inmate that shouldn’t have been in that facility. JJ reported DOC appears to be dumping mental health inmates on Lawton to force the state purchase Lawton for 314 million. In an another media report Harpe minimized the officer shortage. One upset officer sent us statements reporting that the number of officers have dropped from 1736 officers in August, 2019, 1280 officers as of January, 2025.
