We Explored Hidden War Tunnels in Gibraltar!

While the yacht was berthed in Queensway Quay Marina, we went urban exploring in and around the Rock of Gibraltar. On the bay side of the rock is a huge area with free to access tunnels that you won't find on any tourist list. Now called the Northern Defences, these tunnels were overgrown for years until a recent effort to clean them out and for now they still haven't been commercialised. With a few headlamps and our Australian Shepherd Rose we headed inside to explore the tunnels which date back to the 1700s and were repurposed during WW1 and WW2.
