We are taking a break from all the news today to bring you special guest, Brian Freeman straight from our PTS Podcast studio. Brian Freeman is a N.Y. Times best selling thriller author chosen to carry on The Bourne series. Brian has written 31 thrillers, 6 of them are part of The Bourne series. His latest book called "The Bourne Escape" will be released in July 2025.
What does this have to do with national security?
Brian brings up an interesting point on how pop culture can influence peoples view of the intelligence community and government. We currently are seeing a lot of mistrust in the government and a lot of conspiracy theories. Maybe there not all conspiracy theories. Brian eerily describes writing a book about fires in California before they happened this past year!
