Every now and then I feel called on to emphasize the Andy Cutler chelation DO NOT DO!!! List. For the most part the supplements people buy through my Fullscript account are wonderful and fine. But every now and then I see an order that is guaranteed to make a toxic person worse. For instance, do be careful when taking multi-vitamins! These will very often contain large amounts of alpha lipoic acid, and alpha lipoic acid should be taken on its half life or not at all!

I canโ€™t remove the offending products from my dispensary without removing the entire company that manufactures them. And often the supplement companies in question have many other wonderful products. Also, I know that the manufacturers have no understanding of these concerns.

Hence this warning. Please take it to heart. It is based on what Andy Cutler reported and our observations of many thousands of people coming through our support group.
