Karen Read: Battle for Privileged Communications?

On the eve of trial, there is one unresolved issue in the Karen Read saga. It appears that the prosecutor, Hank Brennan, has filed a motion of some sort relating to text messages between Karen Read, David Yanetti, and Aiden Kearney (@TurtleboyLive) in an attempt to find more evidence....which he desperately needs....to convict Karen Read.
