This is post 3 of 3 at a customer who rather than drilling a hole into the countertop, chose to remove the (gd) garbage disposal (she hardly ever used it and was suggested by her). This freed up an existing hole, which was being used for said gd (the air-gap). I am running water through the drain lines to verify that there are no leaks. Water is great and amazing when it stays in containment. I have learned a good deal on helpful tips from hearing many a customers' horror stories.
