As of yesterday, the DOJ under President Trump, argued in court that Tate Adamiak should remain in prison for 20 years because the legally imported and owned parts and memorabilia were "readily convertible" into guns despite them having to bring the parts to an actual weapons manufacturing facility ran by professional gun makers to make them function.
