It’s Saturday, and after a missed Friday workout, I’m back at it with a mission to dominate legs and arms day! In this episode, I dive into tricep pushdowns, cable curls, and the always challenging foam-block-enhanced leg presses. Spoiler alert: I unlocked a killer new hamstring setup that burned like crazy but worked like a charm!

The gym was surprisingly packed (late risers much?), but that didn’t stop me from pushing through. Oh, and my post-lift heat was so real that my glasses fogged up—relatable, right?
