Project Monarch - "The CIA's mind control assassin / slave program"

One of the CIA's most top secret programs connected to MK ULTRA known as, PROJECT MONARCH. Other names relevant to the program are PROJECT ARTICHOKE. These programs were untimely created to control and program the human mind. To create mindless human drones. To create controllable human assassins.
