Saturday night beeping at a road crossing in Delhi.

Beeping is 'courtesy' here, in most (all?) other countries it's a show of anger or to indicate something of an emergency. Indians as a general rule don't see anything wrong with it yet it makes life a lot less relaxed for all, including the animals.
When will this change? I absolutely hate it!
