23 Lions vs a Buffalo - What Happens ??

@exploringkruger with Foxy's on Safari on our way to Satara we had a wonderful sighting of 23 lions sleeping in the midday shade at Kumana dam.
As we left the lions at Kumana, a few hundred meters down the road was a buffalo lazily heading towards the water for a drink on a hot day.
We reversed all the way back to the lions and waited for the buffalo to get to the dam.
It turned into an epic sighting of so many lions standing up at the same time, simultaneously walking towards the buffalo that was at the dam drinking, The he baboons in the trees started alarm calling as the lions moved forward and warned the buffalo of the danger.
The buffalo showed it's speed and strength by running right through the middle of the lions leaving all the lions wondering what had just happened.
After the failed hunt the lions went back to the shade of a tree and back to rest again as lions do.

A few days later when we where back at Kumana dam the same pride caught a buffalo and with the buffalo down we had an elephant and a leopard all in the same sighting, we will edit and post this video soon, watch out for it 4 of the big 5 in one sighting
