Season: 2 Episode 1 of Team Profiles: Set G will be about Regice.

Regice is an Ice Type Legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation 3. Regice was designed to counter overpowered special Dragon Pokemon. Regice has a very high base Special Defense at 200, and so needs no Special Defense investments to take a special move from a Dragon Pokemon. After taking the special move, Regice will have plenty of HP left to deliver a devastating super-effective Ice move in that slot.

With that threat dismantled, your team can be dedicated to generally powerful core slot Pokemon that will give you a good matchup spread against the Dragon Pokemon's other slots. Generally you will have the edge against most teams given you will have plenty of HP from tanking special moves, and so you don't need gimmicks to facilitate Regice.
