Training Injured… Documenting my struggles with the injury known commonly as “tennis elbow.”

And most importantly, discussing my struggles to resist the temptation of alcohol, my biggest vice in life without a doubt. When this was filmed in 2023, it is the longest I have ever been sober in my adult life – 8 MONTHS.
Thank you for being here for this, as it is my work here on Unchained – fighting for the Adamic Race & the True Israelites – that has inspired me to resist the temptation of booze.
Now in 2024, my goal is currently to reach the milestone of 9 months sober – I am currently 6 months towards that goal in 2024.
