There Is Someone at Your Door 👻

It’s 2:47 AM. Lisa is home alone, curled up on the couch, scrolling through her phone. The only sound is the faint ticking of the clock. Suddenly, her phone buzzes with a notification:

📩 “There is someone at your door.”
Her smart doorbell app shows a blurry image of a tall figure standing in the darkness. The person’s face is hidden under a hood, and they’re holding something—perhaps a bag.

Lisa feels a chill. She carefully peeks through the curtain.
There’s no one there.

Confused, she checks the app again. The figure is still standing at the door—but she sees nothing outside.

Her phone buzzes again:

Her heart races. She locks the door, double-checking it.

Suddenly, a loud knock echoes through the house.

Trembling, she checks the app one more time. The figure is now inside her house, standing in the hallway.

Lisa turns around slowly. Her eyes widen as she sees wet footprints leading from the door into her living room.
