1/2. The Cost Of Love And Obedience: How Jesus Lost Worldly Support But Gained The Kingdom

As Jesus lived life for His Father here on the earth, He understood and realised that He would have to give up ‘all things worldly’ in order to fulfil the plan and purpose of God. His life would never conform to the spirit of this world,or it’s ways. He came to exemplify a different kingdom and to show us how to live in this world without ever denying the love of Father God.
These two teachings show how Jesus gave up and ‘lost’ support from social, political, religious, military, and economic systems around Him as He walked with His Father.
