Whitmer activates SEOC

Governor Whitmer activated the State Emergency Operations Center due to ice storms in Northern Lower Michigan. Personnel are monitoring the situation and working with state and local officials and private sector partners to ensure any resource needs are met. The Emergency Operations Center is located in Lansing and coordinates the response and recovery efforts of state agencies and local governments.  David Barr Michigan News Source.
