Etiquette Tips for Healthy Conversations

Having a casual conversation with a new person can be a minefield.

You can mean well, and still say the wrong thing.

What happens next?

How do you respond once you’ve accidentally triggered someone?

There’s always the apology; many people take that route.

But if we’ve learned anything these past few years, it’s that apologizing makes you seem weak. Owning up to your mistakes and faults won’t get you elected to office anymore.

(At least not by one political party.)

This video is about how you can double down after screwing up, and achieve the life goals you want to create for yourself.

(Not really, but I wanted to write a sentence that sounded like some new age gobbledygook nonsense.)

Did this really happen, or am I telling a joke?

Why does auto-“correct” want me to change “Am I telling a joke” to “is I telling a joke?”

Is this body shaming, body positivity, or fat shaming?

Who knows?

Who cares?

It’s all for the sake of laughter.

(Online Karens need not apply, because they don’t find anything amusing.)
