Biography
Dr. Erica Austin is a visionary social entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker,
philanthropist, humanitarian, and advocate, who has held a passion for
entrepreneurship, leadership, and social issues for over 20 years as the Founder
and Executive Director of ECRA Growth & Educational Services - transforming a
social innovation initiative into a social enterprise, helping young people reach
their highest potential through life skills and leadership development training to
inspire a new generation to be innovators and leaders who create positive and
lasting change.

As a result of her work and experience establishing ECRA Growth & Educational Services. Over the last twenty years, Erica has become an advisor and thought partner to federal agencies, national leaders, and social entrepreneurs on issues of education, leadership development, and youth empowerment dedicated to social impact.

Erica is frequently interviewed on regional and national media on social issues and social
entrepreneurship and has released two published books served as a contributing writer
for Medium and other publications and has appeared as a guest on many podcasts
sharing her perspective on the power of social entrepreneurship
and community-building
