✔️ Very narrow eating windows may cause hormonal imbalances in women.
✔️ Women may need to adjust fasting throughout their menstrual cycle.
✔️ Fasting can still improve sleep & recovery, but should be done strategically for optimal health.
The bottom line? Fasting isn’t one-size-fits-all.
