Police Prescence caught attempted Breaking and Entering 'Production'

before i walk up sounded like absolute breaking down shaking the entire side of the house, NOT picking a lock. when i walk to the door the friendly in the face fakes are there to greet. for no known reason always overt police prescence and harassment by members of police - no idea why. no known criminal record and being harassed, isolated many other various ways.
