Police Prescence Acosted by local police - out of state

man starts fight with me at restaurant a la cointel pro style citizen POS when I walk in. i might have to leave the states. not sure what is happening matter of fact im not interested to know. seems to happen to me regularly over span of 8 years. ruining reputation, police making prescence known regularly, odd citizens making their prescence known the list goes on. keeping it **PEACE** however it MUST BE KNOWN this is happening to some some citizens where they are isolated. phone seem to be hacked while camera "suddenly" and very eerily "stopped" after I started filming the Monarch butterflies on truck. read up on the Monarch program if you can still find valid information. keep in mind every phone i have is shown with an IP address routing thro Maryland.
