Muscle, Protein, Fasting

It's hardly surprising that humans began experiencing a decline in health when people began eating more frequently through the day.

It's also not surprising that much disease began in the early 1900s when Kellogg invented the breakfast cereal, followed shortly thereafter, by the government promoting a breakfast full of grains and sugars as the most important meal of the day.

And where is the protein? Surely, not much and of the wrong type (ie plants).

So, here we go, consuming an abundance of nutritionally poor calories frequently through the day.

Where does fasting fit in? 🤔 I think there is a place for intermittent fasting. Listen to the reel for more info.
