Exodus Part 8 March 30, 2025

This is lesson continues into the story with the initial failure of Moses to convince Pharaoh to let his people go. It explores the brick making context of ancient Egypt as well as the relationship between the lesser gods that Egypt worshiped and the Creator God of Israel. We discuss the term El-Shaddai and its meaning based on the context and language. We end with the family tree of Jacob down to Moses and the significance of the ages listed in the Exodus story.
