Faith, Signs, and the Promise of Eternity

Fr. Altier highlights the importance of unwavering faith during spiritual dryness, likening it to walking in the “darkness of faith” as described by St. John of the Cross. God is always present, even when hidden, and true security comes from relying on Him.

Deepen prayer life and strengthen faith as trials and darkness will come. Perseverance will lead to God’s promises. Instead of expecting God to prove Himself, we must demonstrate faithfulness to Him.
