Trump "not joking" about a 3rd term: The technicality he might use to get around the 22nd amendment

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard U.S. President Donald Trump talk about staying in power after his time is up...even when there are limits and checks and balance in place to prevent that.

Over the weekend, Trump talked about a possible third term, or in his own words a "fourth term" suggesting his 2020 loss wasn’t actually real. This all comes as his approval rating sits at 50 per cent.

Trump see’s the timing as the issue not the constitution, which actually bars this.
