Standing Interval Workout NO Equipment | 35 Minutes

This 35-minute total body interval workout is a totally standing and bodyweight cardio, conditioning, balance, and coordination challenge. Be sure to have a good cattitude and know that all of the movements can be done at low OR high impact depending on how you feel. Training shoes for this workout are optional especially if you are planning to do the impactful movements prescribed (as previously mentioned, all jumps have modifiers).
