This clip delivers evidence of a revolving door between a tech company that provides electronic medical record software Cerner, and a datamining company that also makes killer drones for Isreal, Palantir. It makes the point that medical record information is being mined directly from the medical record software through public and private contracts. In the case of the UK gov, Dr Whaling has enormous influence over multiple government and academic organizations due to his position in both Cerner and now Palantir.
