I'm going to break down here why political parties are destructive to our People, and what I have come to believe is the core flavour our English Constitution regarding how we are to be governed. Many people say we don't have a constitution or that it isn't relevant, and to that I say you don't understand the meaning of the word, and, go look it up in a dictionary. Others say it's various charters, legislation, laws and customs. While this is closer to the mark, it still doesn't explain it so that it can be more easily understood.

It's important that we have a working basic understanding of the fundamentals if we are going to make claim to what is inherently ours. I've listed 10 principles that all flow from one to the next, and that is all you really need to know and grasp, as everything else is just detail.

I'm sure I've been as thorough as I need to be, but if not let me know.

Filling Parliament with Independent representatives loyal to their word and to those like minded people that elected them is the only way that the English People are able to take back our country without resorting to civil war.

It is abundantly clear that political parties by their very nature divide our People at the very least into two, Left and Right. But the reality is, it is much worse than that.

Under the party political system we are a fragmented People, pliable and extremely easy to manipulate, and this situation in which we find ourselves is nothing more than a slavery, and is contrary to the Will and efforts of our ancestors who fought to ensure that their progeny remained free.

There are documented core established principles of governance that our ancestors were adamant are mandatory to prevent us from again becoming victim to arbitrary rule which now need to be reviewed and acted upon by our People.

1. We are a freeborn, self-determining People.

2. We are to be governed by our own People.

3. All Governing Power must be restrained.

4. The source of all governance originates with the 'original' contract between our People and the 'chosen' Monarch.

5. The position of Monarch is not absolute; it is a conditional arrangement based on him adhering to his contractual obligations; and can be revoked for violations.

6. Only the Monarch can, form a Parliament, prorogue a Parliament, convert a Bill into a lawful Act (of Parliament) enforceable at Law.

7. No legislation passes into Law without the 'common consent' of the realm.

8. Every class of Englishman has the Right to take part in the legislative process and to give his vote (CONSENT) on legislation that binds him (unless he is lawfully prevented from doing so).

9. For the commoners (Commons = us), this consent is entrusted in his chosen Parliamentary representative who sits and votes in his place in the House of Commons.

10. The 'common consent' to a Bill in THAT STYLE of Parliament, when enacted is binding on the whole of the realm.

A Monarch who acts against core established principles of governance and Law is guilty of subverting our established English Constitution and of breaking the Trust of our People. A constitutional subversion by Crown servants, the Monarch's officers and ministers is also a subversion by the Monarch himself, to whom as their superior and as the supreme Governor of our People, they all swear an Oath, and who, if he doesn't make amends for their transgressions, can be lawfully deposed and replaced by one that will. The precedent for this is very well documented.

This is what the documented evidence causes me to firmly believe are, the core principles of our English Constitution and of the form of governance which our ancestors established as the most fundamental to the prevention of our enslavement to the arbitrary will of the tyrant.

Whether intentional or not, political parties are divisive and a subversion of our Constitution, ultimately binding us to a perpetual state of slavery and oppression preventing us from being a truly consenting self-determining ENGLISH People. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ♥️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
