@WestOfTulsa hits the road and our first stop on the #garagetour series we check out #SloatmanVintageAutommotive in Ventura, CA

Nick Sloatman bought his first car, a rusty, trusty 1974 Chevy Nova, when he was just 13 years old. He still has it by the way. He eventually moved from the East Coast to Southern California and immediately locked into the SoCal Hot Rod scene. He started sweeping floors at a Ventura County hot rod shop when he was 18 and within a few years Nick opened his own shop. How's that for accelerated learning! Nick was kind enough to give us a tour of his shop and show us the projects he's working on. Sit back and enjoy this episode of #GarageTours on the West of Tulsa Show. Do you have a cool shop? Drop us a note and maybe we'll tape a show in your garage.
