If you are arrested or charged with a crime in Tennessee, will you ever get a copy of the body camera? That's what one Fox 17 article recently asked.
Having a lot of experience with Records requests and body camera issues, we decided to discuss the issue more in depth.

On top of that, a man was recently arrested twice in Smith County, and it turns out I had body camera from one of the same officers involved. We invited Terry Hembree, retired Investigator and former TBI Agent, to discuss it from a law enforcement perspective.
