M275 v12!! Will it turn over?!?

Hello! My names Bill and I have a problem- buying old cheap engines for the hell of it and seeing if I can unfreeze them if they require it.

Todays fun is this M275 Mercedes v12! Supposedly an 07 model year, they were twin turbo (thus the tiny intake manifold).
This one was supposedly purchased to replace the guys original engine but sat in the back yard covered. I got it for dirt cheap… and it came with dirt too. It’s amazing having both of these v12’s side by side. The m275 is so much smaller than the m120. You could easily slip this into a long skinny car.
Back to the question- will this turn over?!
