CBA, running threat & noise campaign earlier - Shows up at same store 30 seconds after me

*** ENTRAPMENT ATTEMPT ***
COMMUNITY BASED AGENT (CBA) upstairs neighbor trained to fight and starts one 30 seconds after I walk into the store on 12/9/23. Shows up to the store in an "intentionally intimidating"
all black-on-black vehicle too. This person admitted to being an ex Police officer.
Typically these "agents" are looking to start fights or claim to store employees you are
always starting fights and then actually pick a fight. This is targeting in the United States.
There are a lot of other "targets" in all NATO countries dealing with this special harassment run by these agencies.
Along with everything that's happening nowadays, people should be aware. Stay level headed.
They're sending REALLY GOOD actors around me. End goal is to have the person in and out of a psych ward and or institutionalized and destitute.
Another goal is to immediately also over time ruin the target's good reputation ("You're always starting fights everywhere, why is your
car always breaking down, etc") by starting fights or sabotaging personal property. The targeted community is aware of this. MORE..........

By the way - Police and detectives I spoke to kept "losing" and "missing the data" on the USB drives I gave them (2 or 3 times).
Called local police 2 or 3 more times on this individual and eventually I moved, where all target's know.... still very aggressively chased and tagged when I leave my new space.
Also still a regular Police presence. Native American again having to relocate. No crime, no record, no wrongdoing whatsoever.
The agencies and their henchmen are incessantly looking to CREATE CRIME with or around the target.. This person CBA who admitted to being ex Police also moved in with his next
door pal who introduced to me as "he works, as a FRAMER".....
They always have the DOUBLE SPEAK and TRIPLE SPEAK going for them right?
I noticed CBA was driven to and picked up to from store in an all limo tint black on black vehicle -
same like the all black on black Police vehicles.
