Ivory Coast renames streets to remove colonial links

Ivory Coast has launched a nationwide project to specify the addresses of households and businesses. It’s an effort to simplify directions, but also to remove colonial links to street names. This report by Julia Guggenheim, Damien Koffi and Tom Canetti.
