This B&W Movie is called 'Gaslight' made in 1940. Movie Review.

I cant remember who it was, but one of my viewers wanted us to review the movie Gaslight. Allegedly the saying 'Gaslighting someone' comes from this movie. God bless guys and here we go. For once we can review the movie on YouTube as its now public domain.
