Firstly get to faldors southern entrance either by teleporting with:
3 Air
1 Water
1 law also requiring 37 magic or by walking falador is located in the f2p area of the map.

head west making sure to be on the south side of the moat that goes round falador Castle and here will be a chain mail shop with 2 sets of drawers Search the most southern one.
