COCKTAIL ICED IRISH COFFEE

oday, we are making an Iced Irish Coffee!

4 oz Chilled Coffee
2 oz Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz Demerara Syrup

For the cold foam:
2 oz Heavy Cream
1 oz Baileys
0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Add ingredients to a jar/glass and use a frother/whisk to mix until the mixture thickens

Add ice to your glass & then add chilled coffee, Irish whiskey & demerara syrup. Stir and the top with cold foam & three coffee beans. Slainte!
