Stay in your heart space, not your mind’s defensive mode.
Use grace cards: Respond with love and neutrality rather than react in anger.
Visualize a protective energetic boundary around you.
How to dissolve conflict energetically:
Step away before reacting.
Use the Violet Flame to transmute negative energy.
Send love or golden light to the situation, even after the conflict has ended.
