This is the Christian Country Music Style version of the song Love Builds Up. It's based on the cycle of growth in the area of wisdom and knowlege. We start recognizing Our blindness apart from Christ. As we grow we not only return to our first love, we continue to realize that we are blind without God. But we must mature and study to show ourselves approved. Jesus did not go by what His eye saw or His ear heard. Do even HE did not trust his natural human logic and reason - but relied on His father to get the wisdom he needed.
This Christian song ends with the fact that 'knowledge puffs up, but Love builds up.
