Action Radio 3/3/25, Is Rep. Andy Biggs Using Our Strategy to Remove Judges?

First of all, my apologies for missing a couple of shows. We had a lightning strike that was so powerful, it fried the internet box, and so loud, my ears hurt for a few days. OMG, that was the loudest thing I've ever heard. Once was enough. Ok we are back in business. The internet got fixed.

So why do I say that Rep. Biggs is quoting us in his news reports, and has filed a resolution calling for the removal of judges exactly as we have called for, and pointed out on the news that impeachment is an Article II procedure, but judges are Article III and that means removal for bad behavior, just as I pointed out the day before he said it on the news.

He says he's talking to other people. Not sure who unless it's Newt Gingrich who in the House hearing on judicial tyranny, said what I have being saying for years, that the standard in Article III for removing judges is good behavior, and a simple majority vote of Congress can remove them.

So what do you think? Newt Gingrich, or me? Don't forget I've met and talked to Andy Biggs, and he has all our websites on his phone. I know, I was there when he added them.
