The Sifl and Olly Show is a comedy TV series that incorporates sock puppets, animation, and musical performances. It was created and performed by musicians Liam Lynch and Matt Crocco, who have been friends since childhood.
The show aired on MTV from July 14, 1998, to 1999.
It is often referred to as the lowest-rated program to ever air on MTV.

The series features two main sock puppet characters, Sifl and Olly, who host a variety of segments from their apartment. These segments include calls from the public, interviews, and rock facts, among others.
Other characters in the show include Chester, a slow-witted but likable sock puppet, and Precious Roy, an eccentric sock puppet.

The show was cancelled in 1999, but the characters and new material continue to appear on Liam Lynch's podcast called Lynchland.
The origins of the show trace back to the 1980s when Crocco and Lynch would create and perform funny songs and sketches to entertain themselves.
